Monthly project contest

ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

The company IDILINK SARL, (hereinafter “the Organiser”), Company with a capital of 40,000 euros whose head office is located rue Sadi Carnot 59790 Ronchin, registered in the Lille Metropole trade and companies register under number 509 633,715 organises a free game with no obligation to purchase from February 1, 2020 to February 29, 2020 entitled “Project competition for the month of February 2020”, the winners of which will be determined by lot under the conditions defined below. The game is renewed every month, from the 1st to the last day of the current month.

The Game and the interpretation of these rules are subject to French Law. The Game is available and accessible on the site www.kozikaza.com

The purpose of these conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the Organiser and participants in the Game (hereinafter the “Participants”). Participation in the Game is free and does not imply any purchase obligation.

Apple is not a sponsor or stakeholder in this activity. This contest is completely independent and unrelated to the Apple company, who hosting the application on its store.

ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPATION

This game is free, without purchase obligation and exclusively open to adults, living in metropolitan France (including Corsica).

The purpose of this Game is to define 2 winners under the conditions described below.

The 2 winners will be elected by 6 members of the Kozikaza website, themselves having already won the contest in the last 3 months, the contest being renewed each month.

ARTICLE 3: GAME PRINCIPLE

Step 1: The participant must register their Kaza (= their own project) on the Contest Games page of Kozikaza website or in the mobile application. He will register in the Construction competition if he has a construction project, in the Renovation competition if he has a renovation project, by clicking on "I register my project" on the dedicated Games page. His registration can also be validated if the participant creates a post with the hashtag of the month, either #ConcoursConstruction0220 for the competition dedicated to Constructions, #ConcoursRenovation0220 for the competition dedicated to Renovations.

Step 2: The participant shares the progress of his project on Kozikaza, photo post, illustrates his work.

Step 3: At the end of the month, before the announcement of the 2 winners of the month, the jury members send their Top 3 construction projects and their Top 3 renovation projects to the Kozikaza team. The jury votes based on the participants' involvement in the life of the Kozikaza social network, based on their favourite projects.

Step 4: Each month, the 2 winners names are announced on the Kazacafé, community page of the Kozikaza website.

The companies staff that collaborated in the creation of the Game or having a legal link with the companies that collaborated in its creation or with the Organiser, as well as their relatives (spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters and other residents of the same household), cannot take part in the Game. Participation in the Game is strictly personal and limited, for the duration of the Game, to one per person (same first name, same name, same email address). Violation of this rule will be penalised by the Participant's automatic disqualification without notice for all of their participations and for the entire duration of the Game. This game is open to any natural person residing in France and over the age of majority.

Participation in the Game implies a loyal attitude with full respect for the rules and rights of other players and other parties.

Participation in the game implies for all participants full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply in these rules will automatically cancel participation and the possible award of bonuses.

ARTICLE 4: ALLOCATION AND DISPATCH OF PRIZES

At the end of each month, the Kozikaza team lists the votes of the 6 members of the jury to determine the names of the 2 winners. The winners win a Leroy Merlin gift cards for a value of €200 each. To benefit from his prize, the winner must provide the Organiser, upon request, with any documentary evidence of his identity and address.

The winners will not be able to obtain any consideration, or monetary equivalent in exchange.

In cases where the prize in play is no longer available for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, the latter undertakes to replace them with a prize of a similar nature and value.

The winner authorizes the Organiser to use his Kozikaza pseudonym in any advertising and promotional event, without this use being able to open rights or remuneration other than the prize won.

The winner must identify themselves within 15 days of the email notice sent to them by the Organiser. If the winner does not identify themselves, they will be considered as having renounced his prize.

No research or verification of their domicile or residence will be made, in particular if the registered items were returned not withdrawn, Left Without leaving an Address or No longer lives at the indicated address).

ARTICLE 5: FREE PARTICIPATION

Internet connection costs linked to participation in the Game which will be reimbursed on a flat-rate basis of €0.21 including tax, upon presentation of the corresponding supporting documents. In this case, this request must include:

The Participant’s name, mailing address and email address.

The start and end dates and times of connection to the Game.

A copy of the detailed invoice from the telephone operator and / or access provider to which the Participant is subscribed, showing the dates and times.

It is reminded that any access to the Game being carried out on a free or fixed basis (such as in particular connection by cable, ADSL or specialised link) cannot give place to any refund insofar as the subscription to the services of the access supplier is in this case contracted by the internet user for his own internet use in general and that the fact for the Participant to connect to the Game site does not cause him any additional costs or disbursements.

Any postage costs for sending the request for reimbursement or settlement of the Game (limited to one (1) per household for the duration of the Game) will be reimbursed at the current slow rate (- 20g). Refund requests must be sent no later than 7 days (postmarked as proof) from the date of contact with the Organiser informing of the results of the Game, to the postal address of the Game, and accompanied by a bank account in the name of the Participant. Any incomplete, illegible request sent to another address than that mentioned above or sent after the deadline will be considered null. Refunds will be made within a reasonable time following the date of receipt of the refund request. Refunds will be made by bank transfer after verification of the requests merits and in particular of the conformity of the information contained in the refund requests with the information recorded on the registration form entered on the Game site.

No request for reimbursement on behalf of another person will be accepted. The organizing company reserves the right to request any proof of participation in this Game and it may make the reimbursement of participation costs dependent on the provision of said supporting documents.

Any incomplete, illegible, communicated after the Entry date and time or to an incorrect internet address participation will be considered void.

ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITIES

The Organiser or its service providers decline all responsibility in the event that the website is unavailable during the duration of the Game for any reason whatsoever, or in the event that the information provided by participants is destroyed for a reason that would be attributable to him or not. Only the 2 winners of the month actually elected by the members of the jury will be able to claim the prize awarded to them.

The Organiser's responsibility is strictly limited to the delivery of the prizes actually and validly won, that is to say awarded following the vote of the jury.

In any event, the Organiser cannot in any case be held responsible for any non-fulfilment of the obligations weighing on it by application of these regulations which would be attributable either to the fact of the Participant, or to the unpredictable and insurmountable fact of a third party foreign to the provision of obligations resulting from these regulations, or in a case of force majeure.

As such, it is expressly reminded that it is the only responsibility of the Participant to ensure that the information he provides, in particular his contact details, is correct and sincere, and that it will allow him to participate in the Game and , if necessary, to benefit from the prize he would have won.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who has communicated incorrect information, or which does not belong to him.

Participation in the Game implies a loyal attitude, in compliance with these rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and / or not to award the prizes to Participants who have disregarded the provisions of these regulations, in particular by fraud, or even to initiate proceedings against them before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 7: PERSONAL DATA

7.1 The Organiser collects the following data from the Participant: Last name, First name, Postal address, email address

7.2 Purposes of the processing

The processing of personal data implemented within the framework of the Game is for the management of the Game, the determination of the winner (s) and the allocation and delivery of prizes. The collection and processing of personal data is implemented by the Organiser in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing personal data and the free movement of such data and to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as "Information Technology and Liberties".

7.3 The Organiser may transmit the personal information of the Participants upon receipt of a request from a judicial authority or any administrative authority empowered by law requesting the communication of this information in accordance with the legislative provisions in force.

7.4 Data security and confidentiality.The Organiser implements appropriate measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of the Participants' personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or from being accessed by unauthorised third parties.

7.5 Data retention period. The personal data of the Participants are kept for the period necessary for the purpose of the processing. This duration does not exceed one (1) year at the end of the Game if the Participant is not a client of the Organiser and five (5) years from the last contact of the client. They are stored in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

7.6 Rights. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, Participants have the right to access, oppose, rectify and delete personal data concerning them by writing to the address Postal service of the Game. In the event of the use of data for commercial prospecting, this will be done in accordance with the legal provisions in force. Participants may obtain communication, in an accessible form, of data concerning them. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any request that would be considered abusive. Participants who wish to exercise their rights must send their request accompanied by proof of their identity. Participants who exercise their right to delete personal data concerning them before the end of the Game will be deemed to renounce their participation in the Game. ARTICLE 8: CONVENTION OF PROOF

It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the Organiser's information systems have probative force, unless there is a manifest error, as to the connection elements and information resulting from computer processing relating to the Game.
